Resident Advisory Board

The Resident Advisory Board (RAB) is a city-wide organization that is comprised of residents elected to represent the interests of and provide activities for residents of public housing that enhance residents’ quality of life and foster social connections. The current Board is comprised of seven (7) members representing six developments and a city-wide president.  The RAB is governed by approved bylaws and participate in the development of the Memphis Housing Authority's Annual and 5 Year Plan, the MHA’s comprehensive guide to policies, programs, operations, and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals.
