Accounting / Finance / Budget maintains a system of internal administrative and accounting controls. The department also coordinates and executes all financial documents, budget functions and financial reports.

Additionally, the department evaluates the efficiency of financial operations in all departments of the Authority; safeguards resources against waste, fraud, and inefficiency; promotes accuracy and reliability in accounting and operating data; encourages and measures compliance with policy.
